***Pre-owned. Based on similar books it was published in 1903 by Munsell Publishing in Chicago. Written by Paul and Newton Bateman. Binding is coming apart and needs repair. Some stains on the cover and tearing on the leather edges. Two known pages missing, the publisher information and a map of Illinois. The books was originally published with 798 pages with some illustrations.
I randomly looked through the pages and did not find any water damage, writing, highlighting or dog eared pages.
Although I cleaned it on the outside and conditioned the leather that does not mean there might not be dust or dirt on the inside because of the way it was stored over the years. This is NOT a perfect and immaculate copy of the book. If you are hyper sensitive about condition you can message me for additional photos within reason.
Please request an invoice from me before making payment if you chose to combine shipping. Once you pay for the item I will not negotiate a refund for shipping after payment is finalized.  I will always give the postal cost advantage to you while staying within USPS rules.
