"Rush County Kansas: A Century in Story & Pictures" is a 265 page, 8.5"x11.25" hardcover published by the Rush County Historical Society in 1976. Various sections were written by different authors. It includes many details about the history of the county, and loads of vintage b&w photographs. Towns covered include Alexander, Bison, La Crosse, Liebenthal, Loretto, McCracken and Hargrave, Nekoma, Otis, Rush Center, Timken and Shaffer. The book is in good condition, with no dust jacket (as issued). The cover has two bumped corners, light scuffing. There's a two-word pen mark at the bottom of the ffep, a mark on a blank page at the back, and a sticker with the previous owner's info on the inside back cover. The binding is tight.
