TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - Complete Grave Removals - CD

Complete Grave Removal Records-   This is the only collection of all of the graves removed by TVA across seven states.  There are about 38,000 persons involved with fourteen columns of information for each.  It is a massive piece of work that by the Chattanooga Office of TVA, which held the records for all of the grave removals, compiled these records privately so that when all of the records were removed from their home office to the National Archives these records were given to Mountain Press of Signal Mountain.  Mountain Press had published over fifteen volumes of their individual reservoir removal records and thus they were given the complete removal records.  The names are alphabetical.
The fourteen columns of information on each of the 38,000 names includes:
1. last name
2. first, middle or initals
3. birth year
4. death year
5. project - TVA Project number
6. State of original grave
7. County of original grave
8. original cemetery
9. original grave number
10. relocation year - if "0" then grave not moved
11. relocation cemetery - new
12. relocation cemetery number
13. new grave number
14. cause of death if known
